![]() I could go on, but I'd rather just try to forget this disastrous stay. Another guest told me he had found spiders in his room. Unfortunately, these were not our only issues. I had no issues, but my son complained that his games would not work. This contributed to the general unpleasant and dirty feel of the entire pool area, such that the kids didn't even want to swim. What was not understandable or acceptable was the disgusting dirty water in the bottom of the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order due to repairs- disappointing, but understandable. We were present for a period of approximately 45 minutes during peak time, yet there was no attendant present, nor was there anyone at the front desk. ![]() Most food items ran out and were not restocked. Now to the advertised/expected features of the hotel: 1) Breakfast. I later learned he had gone out of his way to tell other guests that it was unreasonable of me to expect more than 1 bed for 4 people. When I asked if I was supposed to have my children sleep on the floor, he responded that it was not his problem, it was mine. The manager literally said it was my fault for not making the reservation directly through the hotel. At check in, we were given a king bed room for our reservation for four people. Unfortunately, the hotel manager did not agree. I made the reservation through a third party site for the sake of convenience, with the expectation that we would receive the same level of service as any guests. I chose this hotel for three reasons: 1) free breakfast 2) indoor pool 3) free wifi. Worse, when there was someone at the desk, they were rude and not helpful. Unfortunately, staff were generally unavailable. A sign in the room directed us to come to the staff with any problems.
